Old Dam I am not really sure what this structure is. Whatever it is.. I would guess it is quite old. I would imagine this was used to dam up the small brook to make this into a pond or reservoir. Perhaps there might have even been a water wheel here some time ago. Right now its only function is to act as a choke point convenient for the beavers to plug up the flow. |
